Cancellation Policy
I value both your time and mine. In order to ensure smooth operations and provide the best service possible, I have implemented the following policies regarding rescheduling, late arrivals, late cancellations and no shows:
1. Rescheduling:
-If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
-Failure to reschedule within the specified time frame will result in a charge of 20% of the service fee.
2. Late Arrival:
-I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing a delay in your arrival. However, I kindly request that you attempt to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
-If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will be charged an EXTRA 20% of the service.
3. Cancellations:
-Cancellations not made within the 24 hour window of the appointment will incur a flat fee of 30.00 dollars. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
4. No-show Fees:
-If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost. Clients who miss two or more appointments without notice will be required to prepay for future appointments or may lose booking privileges.
